The State Duma called the algorithm of actions when communicating the code to telephone scammers

If a person realizes that they have entered into a conversation with phone scammers, but have already managed to call the code at their request, they should immediately stop the call and contact the organization whose employee the interlocutor allegedly was. Anton Nemkin, a member of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy and federal coordinator of the Digital Russia project of the United Russia party, told about this on February 4.

"The first and most important action is to immediately stop the conversation and contact the organization on whose behalf the fraudster acted: a bank, a public services portal, a marketplace or a telecom operator," he told RIA Novosti.
