The main goal is to restore economic growth, improve the business climate and increase investment activity with an emphasis on increasing labor productivity.

Putin stressed that the relevant measures are included in the plan for structural changes in the economy until 2030, approved by the government at the end of last year. The President demanded that it be carried out rhythmically so that the first significant results in the form of accelerated growth and lower inflation would be noticeable this year.

The head of state paid special attention to the issue of increasing labor productivity as a priority task in the context of a shortage of personnel. He pointed out the need for more active implementation of automated systems, industrial robots, digital platforms and solutions in the field of artificial intelligence.
