Rosaviatsia will provide all necessary support to the families of the victims of the plane crash in the Orenburg region. This was announced on February 2 by the press service of the department.

"The Federal Air Transport Agency will provide them with all the necessary support. The instructor pilot and cadets on board were part of our aviation team. Their departure is a great loss not only for fellow students and mentors, but for all of us," the Federal Air Transport Agency said in a Telegram channel.

The ministry stressed that it would make every effort to find out the causes of the incident in order to prevent similar tragedies in the future. The investigation of the incident has already begun.

The death of three people in a plane crash in Orsk became known earlier that day. It was noted that the incident occurred near the village of Janatalap, and the aircraft, which belongs to the St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation, was making a training flight. The Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case on violations of traffic safety rules and the operation of air transport.

The authorities of the Orenburg region expressed their readiness to provide the necessary support to the families of those killed in the plane crash. It was clarified that instructor Vasily Nivaev, born in 1989, cadet Timofey Kurdupov, born in 2005, and cadet Dmitry Sedov, born in 2004, died during the incident.
