Lawyer Lurie spoke about the condition of the apartment after Dolina's departure

The condition of singer Larisa Dolina's former apartment was good at the time of the transfer to Polina Lurie. This was announced by Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko.

"The apartment was in good condition, everything was tidy and clean. There are no complaints," she told the portal. MSK1.ru .

According to her, the renovation of the apartment has not yet begun, but Lurie plans to carry it out in order to create better conditions for himself and his children. However, Sviridenko did not answer the question of whether she had managed to settle into a new home.

Before vacating the apartment, Dolina fully paid off all utility bills, she added "Газета.Ru ".

Lurie received the keys to the apartment in Khamovniki on January 19. Sviridenko's lawyer clarified that the process of transferring the living space has now been completed. Prior to that, it was reported that bailiffs arrived at the house in Khamovniki, and an official car was parked near the entrance of the actress.

On January 12, Sviridenko submitted an application to the FSSP for Dolina's eviction from the apartment. On January 14, an enforcement proceeding appeared in the database of the Federal Bailiff Service regarding the forced eviction of the singer from the apartment in Khamovniki that already belonged to Lurie. The basis was the writ of execution of the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow, issued on December 25, 2025.

At the same time, the Moscow City Court issued a final decision on Dolina's eviction. In addition, it was decided to de-register her daughter and granddaughter.
