Over 40 social benefits in Russia were indexed by 5.6%. The State Duma recalled this on February 1.

"Support for families with children, expectant mothers, parents with many children, military veterans, the elderly and people with disabilities is an invariable priority of state policy," said Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the lower house of Parliament.
