An employee of the military enlistment office in Ukraine, during a quarrel with civilians living in the Zhytomyr region, resorted to the use of firearms. This was reported on the evening of January 31 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

"The military commissar opened fire during a clash with civilians in the Zhytomyr region. <...> There are no casualties, an inspection is underway," the Telegram channel said.

It is noted that the representative of the military enlistment office reacted accordingly to the attempt of a policeman who arrived at the scene to separate the conflicting parties. The incident itself occurred in the Novoguivinsk community.
