Klitschko urged Kiev residents to stock up on food and medicines
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said on January 31 that a large-scale power outage in Ukraine could happen again, and again urged the population to stock up on food, water and medicines.
"The situation that has occurred is very difficult and alarming. We do not exclude that it may happen again <...>. We are trying to do everything we can, but we need your help: please, you must have warm clothes, please make a supply of drinking water, industrial water, food, medicines," he said on the TV channel.
