A partial power outage occurred in the Murmansk Region due to damage to a protective cable on a power transmission line. This was announced on January 31 by the governor of the region Andrey Chibis.

"According to the information of the power engineers, damage to the protective cable has been detected on the line. The technological malfunction is already being fixed by an emergency team," the head of the region said on the Telegram channel.
