Ukraine's debt to the IMF of almost $188 million will expire on February 1.
Ukraine must repay a debt of almost $188 million to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by February 1. This follows from the payment schedule data on the organization's website on January 31.
In total, by February 1, Ukraine must pay four payments, including debt service payments, totaling more than 136 million SDR (Special Drawing Rights — Ed.), while the cost of each SDR is estimated at 1,379 US dollars apiece. Thus, the repayment debt amounted to $187.6 million.
