In the era of digitalization, the problem of cyberbullying is becoming particularly acute. Research has shown that language strategies such as the use of insults, humiliations, threats and the dissemination of negative information can serve as markers of this phenomenon and have a negative impact on the emotional state of victims. This is evidenced by an article in the journal "Language and Text" on the portal of psychological publications. PsyJournals.ru .

Cyberbullying is defined as aggressive, deliberate behavior carried out online by a group or individual against another user. A UNICEF study in 2019 showed that every third teenager in the world has experienced this phenomenon. At the same time, 20% reported that they had become victims, and 10% — aggressors.

A recent study contributes to the study of linguistic aspects of cyberbullying among students, focusing on analyzing specific language strategies used by students in online communication and assessing their impact on the perception and emotional state of victims. Unlike previous projects, this analysis is aimed at identifying specific linguistic markers of aggressive behavior and their association with negative consequences for victims.

During the analysis of the online space, scientists have identified such linguistic markers of cyberbullying as insults, humiliations, threats and the dissemination of negative information. In addition, it has a negative impact on the emotional state of a person who has been bullied.

Cyberbullying in general is said to have a significant negative impact on students' mental health and social well-being. According to research, victims of cyberbullying often experience depression, anxiety, social isolation, and decreased self-esteem. It can also negatively affect students' academic performance and overall life satisfaction.

In this regard, understanding the linguistic mechanisms underlying cyberbullying becomes critically important for developing effective prevention and intervention strategies.

The results of the study emphasize the need for a comprehensive approach to the prevention and correction of cyberbullying among students, including awareness-raising, developing empathy and psychological resilience, as well as moderation of content on social networks.

Psychologist, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Psychology and Law, Faculty of Legal Psychology, Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University (MGPPU) On November 7 last year, Varvara Delibalt spoke about the changes in the nature of school bullying. According to her, in the era of digitalization, bullying has gone beyond the walls of the school and penetrated the Internet. The specialist recommended that parents pay attention to warning signs, including changes in the child's behavior, withdrawal, decreased academic performance, complaints of pain, and nervous tension when receiving messages.
