UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has turned into a propagandist for the West, denying the people of Donbass and Crimea the right to self-determination. This was announced on January 30 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"We have heard an amazing, outlandish statement from not just the UN Secretariat, but from the Secretary General of the United Nations. On January 29, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres made another very strange statement that the principle of self—determination is allegedly not applicable in the situation with Crimea and Donbas," she said at a briefing.
