Clear weather and frost are expected on Saturday, January 31. In the morning, the temperature will be -19 degrees, in the afternoon it will rise to -15 degrees, in the evening it will drop to -17 degrees, and at night it will reach -20 degrees. The north wind is up to 4 m/s.

On Sunday, February 1, frosts will intensify, snowfall is expected. In the morning, the temperature will be -22 degrees, in the afternoon it will rise slightly to -21 degrees, in the evening to -20 degrees and by night it will drop by another 1 degree. North-westerly wind up to 4 m/s.

In the Moscow region, the temperature background is expected to be at the Moscow level, and weather conditions will be similar to those in the capital. In Odintsovo, Podolsk and Vidnom, frosts can reach up to -23 degrees.

On January 28, Tatyana Pozdnyakova, a leading specialist at the Meteonosti agency, said that this week residents of the capital region will face a sharp change in the weather: light frosts at the beginning of the period will be replaced by heavy snowfall and a blizzard.
