The French Parliament has developed a bill that implies the abolition of the concept of "marital debt." As reported by the AFP news agency on January 29, the new law will exclude the legal obligations of cohabiting spouses in the intimate sphere.

"According to the bill, which is likely to receive support from the National Assembly, cohabitation does not impose any obligations on spouses regarding sexual relations," the article says.
