A man was killed when drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit a car in the Belgorod region.

A civilian was killed as a result of a targeted strike by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) by car in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, Belgorod region. This was announced on the evening of January 28 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In another targeted strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a civilian was killed. <...> In the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka in the Shebekinsky district, two drones attacked a car. The man died on the spot from his injuries," he said in a message posted on his Telegram channel.

The vehicle in which the man was traveling, as specified by the head of the region, was damaged.

The governor of the Belgorod region announced a day earlier that three people were injured as a result of the detonation of a Ukrainian UAV, including a seven—year-old girl. Also, as he added, in the village of Novostroevka-First, an official car was damaged as a result of the incident.
