It became known about the increase in Social Fund payments to the disabled and veterans

Starting from February this year, social benefits will be increased for the disabled and veterans. This was announced on January 28 by the press service of the Social Fund of Russia.

According to TASS, the increase will affect monthly cash payments, as well as the cost of a set of social services, including free medication, sanatorium treatment and travel to the place of treatment. In addition, support measures for citizens affected by radiation disasters, including Chernobyl victims, will also be indexed.

The Social Fund noted that by April 2026, superannuation payments and other compensations will be sent to recipients without applications, and such a measure will help simplify the procedure for receiving payments for Russians.
