Along with the growing demand for savings instruments, the interest of the population and businesses in borrowed funds has increased.

"The PSB has set credit and guarantee limits for financing individuals and legal entities in the Donbas and Novorossiya for a total amount of about 200 billion rubles, and the bank's total loan and guarantee portfolio has reached a historic 107 billion rubles," the PSB noted.

The total loan portfolio of individuals in the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions at the end of 2025 amounted to 63 billion rubles. The popularity of credit products is growing primarily due to the demand for preferential mortgages: in 2025, the bank issued a record 8.3 billion for the purchase of housing in these regions. This amount was almost 1.5 times higher than the volume of loans for the previous period of the preferential mortgage program. The DPR became the leader in terms of housing loans among the four regions (about 60% of all contracts).

Consumer lending has increased by 45% since the beginning of the year and exceeded the mark of 40 billion rubles. The dynamics were supported, among other things, by the stabilization of the market and the expansion of the product supply, the bank explained.

Since the beginning of 2025, as part of concessional financing programs for small and medium-sized businesses, the agro-industrial complex, developers and participants in the free economic zone, the PSB has concluded loan agreements for 10 billion rubles. The total volume of loans and guarantees to legal entities amounted to 44 billion rubles.
