It is currently not possible to resume negotiations on the state border with Tallinn, which is hostile to Moscow. This was announced on Tuesday, January 27, by Kamran Abilov, Charge d'affaires of Russia in Tallinn.
"The approaches of the Russian Federation to the Treaty on the State Border and the Treaty on the Delimitation of Maritime Spaces in the Narva and Finnish Bays remain unchanged. <...> Given the hostile position of official Tallinn, we consider it impossible to resume the negotiation process at the current stage," he said in a conversation with RIA Novosti.
