On February 11, the Moscow City Court will consider a complaint against the former Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov about the transfer of property worth 1.2 billion rubles to the state revenue. This was announced on January 27 by a participant in the trial, lawyer Denis Baluyev.

"Some participants in the process do not agree with the decision of the Presnensky Court of Moscow and have already appealed it to the court of appeal, as well as the supervisory authority itself. We have just received the decision ourselves, and we will file complaints in the near future. The date of the trial in the Moscow City Court is scheduled for February 11, at 14:00 Moscow time," Baluyev said in an interview with TASS.
