According to him, there are 517 apartments in the new buildings, there is an underground parking. The houses are connected to an individual heating point and equipped with an automated system for monitoring and accounting energy consumption, which will reduce the amount of utility bills less.

According to the mayor, non-residential ground floors are equipped with premises for shops and service enterprises. Near the residential complex there are sports and children's playgrounds, as well as a recreation area.

In late December, Sobyanin announced that a 250,000-year-old resident had received the keys to a new apartment under the Moscow renovation program. The house at 31 Garibaldi Street became the first new renovation building, which was built from large ready-made modules. Their stay at the construction site lasted about a month.

The mayor also said that the start has been given to the settlement of about 20 more residential complexes located in different areas of the city. The renovation program has already been implemented by more than a quarter, and the pace will continue to grow, the mayor promised.
