The Western District Military Court has sentenced two administrators of Telegram channels with extremist appeals to terms ranging from 2.5 to seven years in prison. On January 26, the FSB's Public Relations Center (PSC) showed footage of the arrest of the defendants.

On the same day, it was reported that the verdict of the 2nd Western District Military Court against the two defendants entered into force. They were found guilty of publicly justifying terrorism and extremist activities. It was also established that they had sent false reports about the mining of civilian infrastructure facilities.
