Kamchatka has changed the rules for participation in the Young Family housing program

Kamchatka has established new rules for participation in the Young Family housing state program. This was announced on January 26 in the regional parliament.

It is noted that applicants now need to live in the region for at least five years in order to receive social benefits.

"There was no such requirement before. So there was a problem. Recently, the number of young families with many children who have received Russian citizenship has increased, who joined the queue for this program and had priority in turn due to their large families. At the same time, it was impossible to verify whether such citizens had their own homes located in another country," the parliamentarians explained to TASS.
