Andrey Loktionov, the 2014 world champion in the Russian national team, will continue his career at the Novosibirsk hockey club (HC) Sibir. This was reported on January 25 in the Telegram channel of HC Siberia.

"The Sibir Hockey Club and the SKA hockey club made an exchange, as a result of which our team was joined by striker Andrei Loktionov (05/30/1990), and striker Scott Wilson followed in the opposite direction," the statement said.

It is noted that the contracts of both hockey players are valid until May 30, 2027. This season, 35-year-old Loktionov has played 34 matches and scored seven points, scoring one goal and six assists. The 33-year-old Wilson played 43 games and recorded 18 points, including 10 goals and eight assists.

On the same day, the press service of the SKA hockey club reported that coaches Vladimir Filatov and Maxim Semenov had left the coaching staff of the team. It was noted that this decision was related to the unsatisfactory athletic performance of the team.
