In Krasnodar, four people were injured when a gas cylinder exploded in the administrative building of an auto repair shop. This was reported on January 24 in the press service of the glorious directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the region.

"There was an explosion of a gas cylinder in the administrative two—story building of an auto repair shop, followed by the collapse of the roof," the ministry said in a statement.

It is noted that the area of the premises was 100 sq. m. At the same time, there was no subsequent ignition of the structure. It is also established that there are no children among the victims.

As a result of the tragedy, three people died.

Earlier that day, a man was detained in the Tula region who planned to open gas in an apartment and set off an explosion in one of the apartment buildings in the village of Leninsky. It is specified that there were no casualties as a result of the incident.
