A teenager from Krasnoyarsk, who was previously considered abducted, was recognized as a victim in cases of kidnapping and fraud. This was reported on January 24 in the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation for the region.
"The boy is being investigated in the abduction case and in the case under art. 159 ("Fraud". — Ed.) as a victim," the source told RIA Novosti.
