The Moscow City Arbitration Court has recovered 49 million rubles from blogger and entrepreneur Sergei Domogatsky in favor of the bankrupt company. This is stated in the document at the disposal of Izvestia.

It is noted that the lawsuit was filed by Roman Nedorubkov, the bankruptcy trustee of Ecocomplex Management Company LLC. He demanded to invalidate the transactions under which the company transferred more than 49 million rubles to Domogatsky in 2021-2023, allegedly for the use of trademarks, patents, as well as agency and license agreements. The court found that the payments were suspicious and caused damage to creditors. At the same time, some of the transfers were made before the company was declared bankrupt.

At the same time, the blogger publicly called himself the founder of the company, actually controlled its activities, and after accumulating losses, he registered a new company, Fakhverk Domogatsky, which continued to operate under the same brand, with the same website and contacts.

As Alexander Zorin, the victims' lawyer, told Izvestia, the court established a scheme in which Domogatsky created intellectual property and leased it to a company controlled by him, turning it into a "donor" of funds. The court's decision, he said, is a "return to reality" and the recovery of the price for "air."

In November last year, Zorin reported that they were trying to declare Domogatsky bankrupt in the Arbitration Court of the Moscow region, and at least 36 statements about his crimes were also filed. At the same time, about 30 victims sought to bring Domogatsky to justice in Bali. Among them are not only citizens of Russia, but also from Ukraine, France, the USA, Belarus and the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

In the same month, Izvestia learned that Domogatsky, whom clients suspected of fraud with the sale of villas in Bali and stealing $2 million from them, bought real estate in South Africa for the same amount. The developer was actively promoted in her advertising by the famous TV presenter Larisa Guzeeva, who also ended up at the center of the scandal. For three years, none of the Russians who paid for the villa ever saw their house, and the author of the project began to invent excuses and disappeared, taking the clients' money.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
