In the village of Berezovka, a 10-year-old girl died under a layer of snow. A criminal case has been opened under Part 1 of Article 109 "Causing death by negligence," the press service of the Central Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia reports.

The tragedy occurred on January 23. The child was playing near the house on Sovkhoznaya Street. A minor was digging a tunnel in a large snowdrift. At some point, the upper part collapsed and blocked the exit. The schoolgirl couldn't get out.

Investigators are working on the site, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency. All the circumstances of the incident are being established.
