Peskov named the amount of Russia's assets frozen in the United States

Russia's frozen assets in the United States amount to slightly less than $5 billion, while Russia will allocate about one billion to finance the Peace Council. This was announced on January 23 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"As for the money that was seized in the United States, I will not name the exact amount either. I'll say it's a little less than $5 billion," Peskov said.
