Sobyanin examined the maternity hospital in the reconstructed building of the Veresaev State Clinical Hospital

The capital is building an updated modern system of women's health care, creating clinics that provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers and children born with pathologies. One of them was the updated multidisciplinary IIM Design Bureau. Veresaeva. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin told about this in his channel in the MAX messenger, who, together with the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko, examined the reconstructed hospital building and the renovated maternity hospital located here.

According to Sergei Sobyanin, in accordance with the modern concept of caring for women's health, urban women's health centers, perinatal centers and early care centers are united in the structure of large multidisciplinary urban clinics that provide all the necessary range of care, including modern high-tech services, and thus ensure the protection of maternal and child well-being. GKB named after Veresaeva is one of such multidisciplinary clinics. The hospital is currently undergoing renovation. Building No. 12, where the maternity hospital is located, was reconstructed in less than 1.5 years. The renovated clinic is now able to provide comfort and state-of-the-art treatment for both new mothers and newborns.

In 2025, at the GKB named after Veresaev completed the reconstruction of building No. 3. A women's health center has been opened there, which operates according to the new standard of outpatient obstetric and gynecological care, the mayor of the capital added.
