Ural Airlines received insurance payments of $13.3 million and 20 million rubles after an emergency landing in a field in the Novosibirsk region in September 2023. This became known on January 22 from the materials of the court case.

It is specified that due to the hard landing, the right wing of the landing gear niche, three fan blades of the right engine, six wheels and four brakes were damaged.
