Sergunina spoke about the new workshop of the University of Entrepreneurs

Within the framework of the University of Entrepreneurs program, a new interuniversity workshop "AI Theater Assistant" has been created in the capital. It was opened on the basis of GITIS, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

"Students of creative and technical educational institutions will jointly develop digital solutions for cultural venues," she said.

The projects will be based on ideas proposed by the teams as part of the hackathon "Theater. AI. Man" last year. These products include an AI assistant director (who will capture the concept of the production and creative solutions during rehearsals) and an AI assistant actor (for training artists and preparing for the role).

Students of the Shchukin Theater Institute, the National Research Technological University MISIS, the Russian University of Transport (MIIT), the National Research University Higher School of Economics and other universities will join the work.

The Russian Institute of Theater Arts (GITIS) became the eleventh participant of the program, launched in the capital in September 2025. Within the framework of the University of Entrepreneurs, design workshops are being created that bring together students, scientists and entrepreneurs who are leaders in their industries. Today, 20 such workshops have been opened, and they are developing more than 40 products in the field of robotics, biomedicine, additive technologies, and others.
