Almost 1,400 missing persons have been found in the Kursk region. This was announced on January 22 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova.

"2,173 people were added to the database of missing persons, of which 1,378 people were found," she told reporters.
