Starting from March 1, 2026, Russians wishing to obtain a driver's license will be able to remotely study the theoretical part of the course at driving schools.
"Starting in the spring, students will have the opportunity to partially work with materials remotely using special software that will take into account attendance and academic performance," the document says, which was reviewed by RIA Novosti on January 22.
