Online Recruitment Platform hh.ru She presented the results of the Russian employers' rating for 2025, which included almost 1.8 thousand companies from 69 regions of the country. Alfa-Bank, VTB and X5 Group have become the leaders among the largest employers.

The leading industries, which include 23% of the rating participants, are IT, wholesale sales, distribution and non—food retail. This year, for the first time, non-food retail entered the top 3 industries in terms of the number of finalists instead of FMCG. Alfa-Bank, VTB and X5 Group led the category of the largest companies with more than 5,000 employees, while SberMarketing, Krasnaya Polyana gambling zone and Tochka Bank were the best among the large ones (more than a thousand people). In the medium—sized category (from 250 employees), Ivi, Zvuk, and Bastion became the leaders, while Afisha, Cross Technologies, and Sberbank were among the small ones (from 100 to 250).

The assessment consists of the results of four studies: a survey of HR specialists, an eNPS survey of current employees, feedback from former employees, and a vote from applicants. hh.ru In 2025, almost 693,000 votes were cast for the participants of the rating, which is 7,000 more than in 2024. The number of employees who participated in the eNPS survey increased by 10% over the year to 421,000. 129 thousand former employees left feedback on the company.

The rating is being compiled for the 16th time, and the number of participants has more than doubled over the past five years, said the head of the Employer Rating. hh.ru , Director of Research hh.ru Maria Ignatova. "Moreover, two of the three finalists consistently apply for next year, which is a sign that companies trust the rating and consider it a useful and effective tool for themselves," she said. The rating allows companies to analyze their HR policies, compare themselves with competitors and see their growth points as an employer, Ignatova emphasized.

This year, new questions were added to the survey of HR specialists - about the introduction of artificial intelligence into HR processes, about methods of interaction with former employees, and about the willingness of companies to consider candidates without work experience.

As the director of the Brand Center pointed out hh.ru Nina Osovitskaya, an ideologist and methodologist of the Russian Employer Rating, the company's specialists are closely monitoring changes in the HR market and updating the questionnaire according to current trends. "So, in the context of the widespread introduction of artificial intelligence into business processes, we could not ignore this trend and decided to find out how the Rating participants use this technology in HR. It turned out that 52% of companies use AI to form a corporate culture, to communicate and increase motivation. 40% of employers use AI in the search and hiring of new employees, for example, for screening and processing resumes. To a lesser extent, technology helps in talent management and HR analytics," she noted.

A question about interaction with former employees and the forms of this process was also added to the 2025 survey. Evaluation by former employees is one of the important parts of the rating methodology, and its sources are a survey of employees and feedback from the Dream Job portal (part of the hh group), Osovitskaya explained.

"The way an employer interacts with people they have already separated from is a clear marker of their HR policy, which can say a lot about the company. If the breakup went well and the person was contacted later, this can greatly improve his opinion of the former employer. Therefore, for the second year now we have been studying employee reviews, including former ones, from Dream Job — this is a platform with very strict moderation, and it is extremely difficult to fake information there," she concluded.
