In the case of the producer of "Tender May" Razin, two episodes of fraud are being investigated.

Law enforcement agencies are investigating two episodes in the framework of a criminal case on especially large-scale fraud against the producer of the group "Tender May" Andrey Razin. This was reported to TASS by law enforcement sources.

The investigation is investigating an episode related to the misappropriation of royalties intended for the poet Sergei Kuznetsov for the use of songs by the band "Tender May". In addition, another episode appears in the case file — fraud related to the falsification of a contract with the former soloist of the band Yuri Shatunov.

A criminal case was initiated in 2021 over the embezzlement of funds that were to be paid to Kuznetsov as royalties. The poet's widow was recognized as a victim in this case. Information about the appearance of the second episode related to the falsification of the contract with Shatunov became known at the end of last year.

The Tagansky Court of Moscow arrested producer Razin in absentia on December 30 last year. At the same time, on December 11, the ice workers filed a petition to the court for the arrest of Razin in absentia. In addition, Razin's former driver confirmed to the investigation that his employer lives in the United States. It was noted that after that Razin left the territory of Russia due to the initiation of a criminal case. In November, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation put Razin on the wanted list, and the material damage in the case against him amounted to about 500 million rubles.

Razin was charged with fraud on a particularly large scale on November 24, 2025. According to the investigation, the producer for a long time used a fake contract with the author of the songs "Tender May" Kuznetsov and received money as the copyright holder. The poet's widow was recognized as a victim in the case.
