Lurie received the keys to the former apartment by Dolina

The bailiffs handed over the keys to the apartment of singer Larisa Dolina to the representative of the new owner Polina Lurie, the enforcement proceedings in the case have been completed. This was announced on January 19 by Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko.

"The keys [to Dolina's former apartment] were given to us voluntarily," she said.

The lawyer noted that the actress had previously removed all her personal belongings from the apartment. The enforcement proceedings have been completed.

The singer is ready to leave by the end of the holidays, but the new owners demand the immediate release of the living space.

On January 12, Sviridenko submitted an application to the FSSP for Dolina's eviction from the apartment. At the same time, on January 14, enforcement proceedings related to the forced eviction of the singer from the apartment in Khamovniki already owned by Lurie appeared in the database of the Federal Bailiff Service. The basis was the writ of execution of the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow, which was issued on December 25, 2025. On the same day, the Moscow City Court made the final decision on Dolina's eviction. In addition, it was decided to de-register her daughters and granddaughters.
