A Porsche driver who rammed a traffic police car in Balashikha was arrested for two months

The driver of a Porsche car, who rammed a traffic police car and ran over the leg of a police officer in Balashikha, was arrested. This was reported on January 18 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

The court sent him to a pre-trial detention center for two months.

The day before, the Porsche driver was charged. It turned out that the violator was deprived of his driver's license. During the interrogation, he refused to testify.

The day before, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Irina Volk, reported that in the city of Balashikha, Moscow region, police used weapons to stop illegal actions by the driver of a premium car. She said that the driver of the foreign car did not stop at the request of the inspectors, but only increased his speed. He also collided twice with official vehicles that tried to block the violator's movement.

Later it became known that the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the fact of illegal actions committed against a police officer, as well as damage to property (Articles 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)
