Air defense systems shot down 63 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) last night The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the territory of Russia. This was announced on the morning of January 18 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"During the past night, from 23:00 Moscow time on January 17 to 7:00 Moscow time on January 18, 63 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the ministry said in a statement posted on its Telegram channel.
