The Rassvet satellite system, which is the Russian equivalent of Starlink, will significantly change the command and control system, and the Zorky remote sensing satellites will help improve the targeting efficiency of high-precision strike systems. Military expert Yuri Knutov spoke about the tasks of these developments on January 17.

"Rassvet" will primarily solve military tasks — to provide communications to Russian troops. This is the creation of a global automated command and control system, where every serviceman will be able to receive certain information and transmit coordinates directly to a satellite," Knutov explained in an interview with the newspaper Vzglyad.
