"It was decided to transfer one patient to the Vishnevsky National Center for Surgery (Moscow), five victims from the Komi Republican Hospital to the Main Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and one patient from Ezhva was transferred to the Komi Republican Hospital," the message says in the VKontakte community.

According to the Ministry of Health of the region, the patients were taken to the airport by the Regional Disaster Medicine Center. The IL-76 flight with a team of specialists and six injured people landed in Moscow today at about 05:00 a.m., all of them were taken to clinics.

13 more patients continue to be treated in Syktyvkar medical institutions: three in the Municipal Hospital in Ezhva, three in the Komi Republican Hospital and seven in the Medical Unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Komi Republic.

The death toll from the incident has increased to 12 people.

A fire broke out at the Interior Ministry's training center in Syktyvkar on January 15.
