- Apple has appealed fines of 19.5 million rubles for promoting non-traditional relationships.
Apple, a gadget developer headquartered in California, has appealed seven fines it received for refusing to remove prohibited content promoting non-traditional sexual relations (LGBT. — the movement is recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation and is prohibited). The court's materials attest to this on January 17.
These complaints were received by the Moscow City Court, and they were considered, as RIA Novosti clarified, in the Tagansky District Court.
Five of the seven protocols relate to acts of propaganda of non—traditional sexual relations, and the remaining two are for not listening to the decision to remove prohibited content of the relevant content.
On January 14, Apple registered its trademark in Russia. It was not reported which token the corporation had applied for. It was noted that last year this company registered only one trademark Center Stage in the Russian Federation.
