Two girls on a tube died in a collision with a car near Novgorod

In the Novgorod region, two girls riding a tube tied to a car collided with a VAZ-2112 car and died from their injuries. This was announced on January 16 by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.

"A young man, <...> driving a VAZ-2114 car, was towing a tubing on which there were two people. <...> During the towing, the tubing collided with a VAZ-2112 car moving in the opposite direction," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that the girls died on the spot from their injuries. The reasons for the incident are being clarified.
