Residents of the Moscow region will move out of emergency housing on housing certificates

Residents of the Moscow region living in emergency homes will receive housing certificates. This is necessary for self-selection of a new home and a comfortable move.

As Governor Andrey Vorobyov said on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, certificates are the most convenient way to move out of emergency housing, when you don't have to wait several years for a house to be built, but get a certificate now.

Thanks to this, according to the head of the region, local residents can independently choose a new apartment in the place where they would like to live.

The program was actively implemented in 2025, according to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya.

Earlier on December 29, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov, the Kremlin's press service reported.

The head of the Moscow region informed the President about the modernization of the housing and communal services infrastructure and the implementation of the gasification program in the region.

According to him, special emphasis is placed on the introduction of modern sensors and digital technologies that make it possible to detect in advance a decrease in key parameters in life support systems.
