New sites will be created in the industrial park "Master" in Stavropol

Construction of the fourth stage of the Master Industrial Park will begin in the Stavropol Territory in 2026. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Energy, Industry and Communications.

The implementation of the fourth stage project is divided into several stages. The first one involves the construction in 2026 of an industrial building with an area of 8.3 thousand square meters. m.

It is planned to put the building into operation by the end of the same year, and the placement of new residents will begin in early 2027. By 2030, another 14,000 square meters of production space will be built.

"We are actively engaged in the expansion of production sites, as we see the corresponding need among investors. We plan that in the second year after the completion of all construction and installation work, the usable areas of the new stage will reach 100% occupancy," commented the head of the Ministry of Industry Ivan Kovalev.

As stated by Stavropol.Media, the total amount of financing for the fourth stage project is 1.2 billion rubles. Some of them will be made up of the park's own funds, some will be allocated from the federal and regional budgets.

The first stage of SKIP Master was launched in 2015, the third in 2019. Currently, the park area is 28 hectares, 112 thousand square meters of industrial premises are located on them. In nine years, 1.2 thousand jobs were created, tax deductions to the budget amounted to 2 billion rubles, and the total revenue of all residents, of which there are now 54, exceeded 19 billion rubles.
