On January 16, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called for the unequivocal naming of those responsible for the Nord Stream bombing, also defining the responsibility they will have to bear.
"The time has come long ago <...> definitely point the finger at who is to blame for this and who is behind it. And also to determine the responsibility that this someone should bear," he said.
