Hunter Biden's Child's Mother is Seeking his Arrest over child support

The mother of the illegitimate daughter of Hunter Biden, the son of former US President Joe Biden, appealed to the court with a demand to apply to him a measure of coercion in the form of arrest due to non-fulfillment of alimony obligations. This was reported on January 15 by the Daily Mail newspaper.

We are talking about 34-year-old Lunden Alexis Roberts, who announced the birth of Hunter Biden's child in 2018 and sought legal recognition of paternity. Despite Biden's denial of any relationship, a DNA examination conducted in November 2019 confirmed his biological relationship with the child.

In January 2020, the parties entered into a court agreement, according to which Hunter Biden pledged to regularly pay alimony, pay off the debts incurred and compensate for court costs. According to the newspaper, Roberts believes that the terms of the agreements are no longer being fulfilled.

"Roberts stated that Hunter had failed to fulfill his obligations and asked Judge Holly Meyer to "imprison him in the Independence County Detention Center as a civil punishment until he <...> complies with the court's orders." Roberts wrote in the documents that their daughter <...> wanted to communicate with her father, who, according to rumors, "ignored" her," the publication says.
