Spiegel: the German court believes that Nord Streams was undermined by order of Ukraine

A court in Germany ruled on December 10 that the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 pipelines were "highly likely" to have been blown up by order of a foreign state. This was reported by Der Spiegel magazine with reference to a court ruling published on December 15.
As the magazine pointed out, it becomes clear from the text of the ruling that the court was referring to Ukraine.
