On January 15, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with the former head of the country's Armed Forces, Ambassador to the United Kingdom Valery Zaluzhny.

"We met with Valery Zaluzhny. I thanked him for his work in the Ukraine team," Zelensky wrote on his Telegram channel.

He also said that he had discussed with Zaluzhny the current diplomatic tasks of Kiev. At the same time, the reasons and dates of the Ukrainian ambassador's stay are not specified.
