Baldo reported on the desire of foreign media to visit the site of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike in Khorlakh

Foreign journalists expressed their intention to visit the site of the tragedy in the village of Khorly, Kherson region, where 29 civilians were killed as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on New Year's Eve. This was announced on January 15 by the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo.

He noted that there are many honest people among journalists who strive to be objective and cover the truth.

"But we know perfectly well that, even if there are any, they are under serious pressure from the leadership of Western countries. <...> We have already invited [foreign journalists to visit the site of the tragedy]. I'll let you in on a little secret: it seems like there are people who want to," he told TASS.

Saldo added that "only the bravest" media representatives will come to the settlement. Because Western countries, along with the Ukrainian regime, are trying to conceal information about the attack on Khorly.

New Year's Eve strike: 24 people died in Kherson region after UAV attack

Another 50 people were injured, 6 of them are in serious condition.

On January 1, three UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked a cafe and a hotel in the village of Khorly, Kalanchak municipal district. A criminal case on the terrorist attack was opened on the fact of the incident. At least 60 people were injured in the attack. On January 5, Baldo announced that after the attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kherson region, security measures would be strengthened.

As Baldo reported on January 15, 16 women, six men and two children were killed as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack. The total number of dead is 29 people. The process of identifying the bodies and identifying the victims continues. The condition of those hospitalized after the attack is stable, their lives are not in danger.
