The Second Western District Military Court questioned all the perpetrators of the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow. This was reported to Izvestia on January 15 by Lyudmila Aivar, the victims' lawyer.

"The last fourth has already been interrogated. His testimony is being announced now. Everything was acknowledged, everything was confirmed," she said.

According to the woman, the court is now reading out the testimony of Saidakram Rachabalizoda (recognized in Russia as a terrorist and extremist).

The day before, the Investigative Committee of Russia established all the stages of preparation for the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall. According to the head of the department, Alexander Bastrykin, the Investigative Committee cooperates with law enforcement agencies of Tajikistan and other countries. He noted that work is currently underway to establish the location of the organizers of the crime.

On December 10, 2025, the Second Western District Military Court announced that the prosecution had completed the presentation of evidence in the criminal case of the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert Hall.
