Sobyanin announced the acceptance of applications for the competition in the field of culture

Applications for the Moscow Mayor's Award in the field of culture and art for gifted youth have begun. This was announced by the head of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, in his channel in the IACH.

Since 2015, the competition has become one of the most significant in the system of creative education in the capital and has helped hundreds of young artists to open up, said the Mayor of Moscow. This year, the jury will select the best in 34 categories, from choreography to fine art and theater. A total of 103 prizes will be awarded, including the Grand Prix in the amount of 150,000 rubles, Sobyanin said.

He stressed that starting this year, students of all Moscow educational institutions in the field of culture and art can apply. The competition is also open to students in federal and private institutions.

Applications are accepted until February 16, it is reported on mos.ru . You will need to attach scans of the documents of the participants, the applicant, the teacher and the concertmaster (if any), photos of the works and/or videos of performances to the questionnaire.
